To initiate the claims process, please take note of the following:
Contact us on claims@mbmassist.co.za or call our office number;
All required documentation must be sent as soon as possible for any claim to be processed;
Cash pay-out to the nominated beneficiary will be effected once all claim documents have been verified and processed;
All claims must be lodged within 90 days of the deceased passing on;
